Tower Rock Farmstead Bakery™ is a newer addition to the Gasser Family's historic 5th Generation Wisconsin Farmstead... the site of their sustainable farming practices since 1873. Located in the lush, rolling hills near Prairie du Sac, the grain fields and dairy are nestled below a 150-foot rock outcropping which Great Grandpa Gasser aptly named "Tower Rock."
Today, Alma and William and their family remain involved and dedicated to nurture and farm their land, tend the dairy cows, and grow exceptional grains to mill and create all- natural flours and bakery products. The wheat and grains, all non-GMO, are grown naturally, using systematic crop rotation to grow corn, alfalfa, wheat, barley and oats.
The Tower Rock Farmstead Bakery™, opened in 2013, offers all-natural high protein grains and flours... which are the foundation for Alma's small-batch, handcrafted artisan breads, and seasonal foods created in the bakery kitchen.
